Volume #4 (all New York City): The Casino Theatre, The Star Theatre, The Bijou Theatre, Daly's Theatre, The Standard Theatre, Palmer's Theatre, The Lyceum Theatre, The Metropolitan Opera House, The Fifth Avenue Theatre, The Grand Opera House, The Lenox Lyceum, The Broadway Theatre, Niblo's Garden, The New Park Theatre, The Harlem Opera House, The Fourteenth (14th) Street Theatre, Madison Square Garden, Proctor's Theatre, Harrigan's Theatre.
Volume #5: The Lyceum (Cleveland), The Hyperion Theatre (New Haven), The Grand Theatre (New Haven), Haltnorth's (Cleveland), The Opera House (Cleveland), Coates Opera House (Kansas City), Broadway Theatre (Denver), Tabor Grand Oper House (Denver).
Inscription in front of Scrapbook #5 indicates that it belonged to George Jerome Wesley.
