Scope and Contents

Mounted theatre-related clippings, most undated. Most of the clippings are simply images rather than full articles, sources are most often not indicated. Death notices account for most recent dates.

Programs: Ruth St. Denis and W.W. Andreeff's Imperial Russian Court Balalaika Orchestra at The Columbia, 1911; productions of "Repertoire" and "U.S. Minister Bedloe," both at the New National Theatre, 1911; variety show at Chase's Theatre, 1911; "Everywoman" at the Belasco Theatre, 1911; "The Seven Sisters" at the Columbia, 1911.

News pieces about deaths of Lou Tellegen (1934), Mrs. Thomas Whiffen (1936), Walter Damrosch (1950).

Performers featured include Sarah Bernhardt, William H Crane, Charles Cherry, Laurette Taylor.

Of note: Program for Miss Isadora Duncan with the New York Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Walter Damrosch, Conductor, at the New National Theatre, 1911.
