Scope and Contents

Mounted concert- and theatre-related clippings, most undated. Most of the clippings are simply images rather than full articles, sources are most often not indicated. Death notices account for most recent dates.

Theatre Programs: "The Little Foxes" (with Tallulah Bankhead) at the National Theatre, 1939; "The White Plume" (with George Houston and Ruby Mercer) at the National Theatre, 1939; "Heavenly Express" (with John Garfield) at the National Theatre, 1940; "Margin For Error" at the National Theatre, 1940.

Of note: Program, "Katharine Cornell and The Playwrights' Company present 'No Time For Comedy,' with Francis Lederer, Margalo Gillmore and John Williams. Program is signed by Katharine Cornell. Handwritten date is April 18, 1940.
