Rear cover reads "Published for the Strand Theatre by The Stage Souvenir Co., Effingham House, Arundel Street, Strand, W.C." and "David Allen and Sons, Ltd., London, Harrow, Belfast, etc. - Chromotype."

Two copies, tied with orange ribbon. Stamp on the back cover of one indicates it was part of the SUNY Binghamton Theater Collection.
