King John souvenir: Shakespeare's historical drama King John produced at Her Majesty's Theatre by Herbert Beerbohm Tree on the 20th of September, MDCCCXCIX [1899]. 42 unnumbered pages: 18 mounted portraits; 32 cm.
Two copies. Copy 1 has S.U.N.Y. Binghamton Theater Collection stamped on back cover and on last page. Illegible writing in pencil on top right corner of cover; chipping and folding at spine of front and back covers; first page has minor pencil marks at top of page; pages with plates are hand numbered in pencil at bottom of page; plate of "Constance" is missing [p.7]; plate of "Austria, etc." is missing [p.13]; plate of "Arthur/Constance" is missing [p.14]; minor foxing on pages; tied with orange string. Copy 2 has "A.S.Jackson" written in pen at upper left corner of cover; chipping and folding at spine of front and back covers; first page has pencil markings in upper left corner including "Tree, Herbert Beerbohm; minor foxing on pages; tied with orange string.
