Biographical Note
John McGuire was a lawyer, a professor of history, and a member of Broome County Peace Action from 1998-2006. He served as treasurer and president in 2004-2006.
McGuire was also a board member of Peace Action of New York State 2002-2006, and he served as vice-president for Upstate New York and secretary (two years). He helped organize a state conference in Binghamton, held in January 2006.
