The Women's National Book Association, Binghamton Chapter records contains the administrative and program files of the chapter. Administrative files include financial records, minutes, agendas, correspondence, membership lists, publicity files, and bylaws. There are also extensive files from the annual WNBA National Board Meeting. Program files document the events that the WNBA created, including the Local Author Brunch, the Book and Author Dinner, Tellebration, teen poetry programs, and rare book talks.

The collection also contains materials related to other WNBA chapters, especially the national chapter. These files include brochures, financial reports, newsletters, and procedural documents.
