Audiovisual and digital materials, 1990 - 2020
Scope and Contents
This series contains the digital and audiovisual materials recieved from University Communications and Marketing (UCM). There are audio and video recordings of events on campus, including Spring Fling, commencement, orientation, speeches, prize and scholarship ceremonies, homecoming, memorials and vigils, and SUNY showcase. The videos also include promotional videos created by UCM to advertise the university and new programs, as well as tours around campus buildings.
The majority of the digital files are photos of events and campus buildings, but there are also slideshows presented to promote the University and other promotional materials as well.

Conditions Governing Access
Materials in this collection have been thoroughly reviewed for possible restrictions. Series 1 and 4-7 are open for research.
Series 2 and 3 contain personal and employment information about faculty members and President Lois B. DeFleur. Because of this, these files are restricted until the death of individual faculty members. Please contact the University Archives & Special Collections in advance to request access.
