Phone diaries, 1992 - 1999
Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains phone diaries, i.e. notebooks that Peacock kept near her phone to take notes on conversations and recorded messages. There are also some notes between Peacock and Michael Groden about calls the other had missed. The diaries most often record names and phone numbers of people to call, but also contain notes from conversations with publishers and information about appointments. Since notes were written to be memory aids, they rarely contain enough contextual information to be legible to others.
