Floppy disks, 1991 - 2000
Scope and Contents
The floppy disks contain a variety of files created between 1991-2000, and broadly fall into three main categories: literary activities, writings, and personal records. Most files are text documents.
Files related to Peacock's literary activities include publishing correspondence, bios and CVs, blurbs and reviews of other author's work, event planning and promotion documents, fellowship applications, and reports about Poetry in Motion and the Poetry Society of America.
Drafts include both poetry and prose, and cover Paradise, Piece by Piece, How to Read a Poem, New Lives, Original Love, Raw Heaven, "Animals at the Table," and various uncollected short stories, articles, and poems.
Personal materials include syllabi and handouts for teaching at Friends Seminary, writings related to Columbia University, and text for Marc Antonio-Consoli's album.
