Binghamton-area photograph album, 1929 - 1936
Scope and Contents
Photograph album titled "Snap Shots" on the front cover, which is decorated with a color image of a Native American rowing in a canoe, and is stamped "Binghamton, N.Y." at the lower right. Contains approximately 145 photographs, with a few loose photos laid in at the back. Photos in the first third or so of the album are generally labeled. Subjects include people, pets, bridges, and scenery. Twelve images depict the aftermath of the 1936 flood in Binghamton. Most images are from the Binghamton area, though a few at the front depict people and vacations outside the general vicinity. Most of the photos are not dated; those which do have dates range from 1929 to 1936.
