Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains datasheets filled out by students recording information about gravestones in 4 Broome County cemetaries. Datasheets were filled out in such a way that they could be input into a computer rpogram, so many entries are written in an encoded form. For example, cemetaries are identified by a number and gender is recorded by 1 or 2. Becuase of this, researchers may find the guides written to teach students how to fill the datasheets helpful for interpretting the data. These materials can be found in the additional materials sub-series.
