Scope and Contents
Note by Molly Peacock, written in 2022: "Schmatah shirt, Harpur College, baseball team shirt (more casual group of young women who all began on a freshman hall in Deleware Hall: Leonore Krieger, Kathy Colton, Linda Roberts, Laura Box, and myself)."
According to Molly Peacock in a conversation with archivists in 2026, this was an informal group of friends who called the group "Schmatah." The group also included Eileen Carlson (in addition to those listed above), and they started the tradition in Deleware Hall of sponsoring a Save the Children adoption every year.
