Warren Mattice Anderson (October 16, 1915 - June 1, 2007) was a New York politican and lawyer. He was born in Bainbridge, Chenango County, to Floyd E. Anderson (state senator and state Supreme Court justice) and Edna Madeline (Mattice) Anderson. He was graduated from Colgate University (1937) and Albany Law School (1940).

Anderson served as assistant county attorney for Broome County prior to World War II, during which he attained the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps. Following the war he joined the Binghamton law firm of Hinman, Howard, and Kattell.

He was elected to the state senate seat formerly held by his father in 1952, as a Republican. He served from 1953 to 1989, holding the position of majority leader for sixteen years. He re-joined his former firm after leaving the senate.
