Communications and Marketing at Binghamton University records
The University Communications and Marketing records documets the research and work of University Communications and Marketing (UCM). University Communications and Marketing is responsible for public and media relations for Binghamton University. While all the records were transfered from the UCM office, the majority of the collection documents activities, events, and personell from other departments.

Leopold Eckler papers
This collection includes news clippings, photographs, and memorabilia from the estate of Dr. Leopold Eckler (1898 - 1984), longtime general manager of Ansco, a major photographic firm based in Binghamton. A majority of the material concerns Eckler's time at the company, though some earlier and later materials are present.

This collection includes newspaper clippings, photographs, various theater materials, and correspondence relating to the career of actor, director and stage designer Fritz Halbers (1894 - 1987).
Hazard Lewis Farms collection
This collection includes material relating to the history and operations of the Hazard Lewis Farms, once located on the current site of Binghamton University's main campus. Contents include manuscript descriptions and background material about the farm, ephemeral items relating to the farm's operations, and photographs of the farm site. Several documents relating to Binghamton in the 1940s are also included.
Berthold Held photographs
This collection consists of 12 studio portrait cabinet card photographs of actor and theater director Berthold Held in costume and 1 studio portrait of Held. All measure 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches. Studio information is printed on the backs of the cards. Three of the photographs are signed by Held on the reverse. The collection also includes an 1896 letter to Emil Rameau in German script on a single sheet of stationery.
E. Herman Hespelt papers
This collection consists of letters from E. Herman Hespelt to his family, written in German and English, concerning Cornell University, his 1910 trip to Germany, his life in the Philippines, and his personal and professional plans. Also postcards, invitations, photographs, stamps, and memorabilia, chiefly from the Philippines.
