Most of the materials in this subseries are letters written between Lindsay and various correspondents. Topics of the letters include housing some of Kandinsky’s letters at the Museum of Modern Art, Lindsay gathering research information on Kandinsky, and his consultation work, particularly about identifying the Campbell Panels.
