From the Sub-Series:

This sub-series contains the files of Evangelos “Van” Dousmanis. The majority of the files are photographs, negatives, and CDs of digital photos taken by Dousmanis. Photos cover a variety of topics, including sports events, award ceremonies, portraits of faculty, campus buildings and construction, and homecoming. There is also press ID badges, correspondence, and a sketchbook in the subseries.

There are additional files related to Dousmanis in the Anita Doll records. Doll was a collegue of Dousmanis, and it appears their files may have been mixed together at some point. Photos by Dousmanis are also found in photo files throughout the Communications and Marketing records.

Materials in this collection have been thoroughly reviewed for possible restrictions. Some folders in the collection have been designated as restricted, and these designations can be found in the title information for those folders in this finding aid. Series 1 and 4-7 are open for research. Series 2 and 3 contain personal and employment information about faculty members and President Lois B. DeFleur. Because of this, these files are restricted until the death of individual faculty members.
