Advertising postcard showing an exterior view of Crandall's Paper and Janitorial Supplies, located at the corner of State and Lewis Streets in Binghamton. Captioned at lower left corner of verso "Corner State and Lewis Binghamton, N. Y." Advertising text is printed on the verso in the message area, noting the importance of sanitation products to protect from "Dirt and Disease," as "Guns, Planes, Tanks, Battleships will defend us against invasion." "With this in mind, Crandall's, by helping to make the public conscious of the need for sanitation, hope to contribute to DEFENSE THROUGH HEALTH!" Publisher is given as "Sid B. Clark, Binghamton, N. Y." Postmarked October 10, 1941 and addressed to Edward McDevitt of McDevitt Funeral Parlors, 88 Front Street, Binghamton.
