Scope and Contents
Quartered postcard showing four interior views of Del Monico's restaurant, located at 161-163 Court Street in Binghamton. The restaurant's name changed to Bel Monico's in 1950, so this postcard must date from about 1949. The four views show the dining room and the bar. Captioned at lower center of recto "Del Monico's - The Beauty Spot of Binghamton, N. Y." The verso offers another tagline: "Del Monico's | 'Where the Cooking is an Art'". Publisher is given on verso as "Norbert Adler, Advertising-Printing, Binghamton, New York."
