Back cover has images of a glass and a bottle of beer, with tagline "As you like it." Top edge reads "Beer 5¢ & 10¢". Insider cover has graphic reading "Thank you | Your patronage is appreciated". Match brand is Advance Match & Printing Corp., Chicago. Kucharik's license to serve alcohol at his restaurant appears in the October 3, 1935 Binghamton Press.
