This folder contains: two copies of a pamphlet titled "The Correctional Facilities Bond Issue"; two copies of a pamphlet titled "The Bond Issue: Questions and Answers"; a photocopied memo from "Mark" to the State Prisons Task Force headed "State prisoners incarcerated for non-violent acts; a February 15, 1980 memo from Lynn Zeller of the National Council on Crime and Deliquency; and a February 25, 1980 memo from Irene Jackson of the New York State Coalition for Criminal Justice.
