Black and white "rocker" insignia worn on the shoulder of a naval dress uniform. Reads "Navrescen Binghamton NY" - this was the U.S. Naval Reserve Center, located at 51 Whitney Avenue in Binghamton from 1948 until the late 1990s.

Small metal shoehorn from Paul's Boot Shop, located at 22 Court Street in Binghamton. The shoehorn advertises "The Friendly Five," a shoe brand founded in 1924 as part of the Jarman Shoe Company of Nasville, and other than the local branding is identical to the Sasinek Shoe Store shoehorn, also in Box 31.
